Who we are
MYA Property Ltd is a family-run business that has been operating in Southampton and the surrounding area since its incorporation in 2006. The MYA Companies Group was first established in 1983. The founder Massoud Yeganegy, a qualified engineer and developer, initially developed land into new homes for the sales market under the development arm of the company group, Roxan Construction Ltd. Over the years, properties were retained for the rental market, and a portfolio was developed under MYA Property Ltd.
Our commitment to quality, fair practices, and community engagement has solidified over this time. Whether it’s maintaining existing properties or developing new ones, MYA remains dedicated to providing comfortable and well-maintained spaces for residents.

A Family Legacy
MYA’s Managing Director, Massoud Yeganegy, is a leading figure in Southampton’s property and construction industry, is celebrating over 40 years of entrepreneurial success since founding his first company in 1984.
Mr. Yeganegy established MYA Property Ltd to ring-fence the growing investment portfolio.
The companies success is also a family affair at its core. His eldest daughter, Laleh, now Co-Director, joined Roxan Construction in 1999 after completing her studies in Fine Art and Interior Design. Her first major contribution was the design of a stainless steel nautical-themed sailing boat sculpture, installed at the entrance of the luxury development Quay 2000—a 50-apartment riverside project in Southampton. His son, Babak, a Chartered Engineer and Co-Director, has also played a key role in the continued growth of the company.
Beyond the family, MYA is backed up by a talented team of individuals and property professionals, who all strive to push the company forward behind the leadership of the directors.

MYA and its sister company Roxan Construction are continuing to grow, develop and shape the landscape of the property industry in Southampton and Beyond!
Roxan Construction recently completed a mixed-use development on Above Bar Street, comprising residential apartments and ground floor/basement commercial units. All residential units were successfully sold to Southampton City Council.
One of the shop units with more than 200 m2 has been successfully let by Savills, and another unit is currently available for lease through Savills.
Laleh, now Construction Director, led the project from inception to completion, liaising closely with the Council’s agents and professionals to ensure the development met all requirements.
