Who we are
MYA Property Ltd is a family-run business that has been operating in Southampton and the surrounding area since its incorporation in 2006. The MYA Companies Group was first established in 1983. The founder Massoud Yeganegy, a qualified engineer and developer, initially developed land into new homes for the sales market under the development arm of the company group, Roxan Construction Ltd. Over the years, properties were retained for the rental market, and a portfolio was developed under MYA Property Ltd.
Our commitment to quality, fair practices, and community engagement has solidified over this time. Whether it’s maintaining existing properties or developing new ones, MYA remains dedicated to providing comfortable and well-maintained spaces for residents.

Being one of the largest landlords in the area, we offer a wide range of domestic accommodations, from studio apartments to townhouses and everything in between.
