The Roxan Business Centre is two large Victorian houses which have been converted into 28 office suites of varying sizes.

With Southampton’s motorway links to London, main railway connections to Waterloo, ferry terminals to the Isle of Wight and city airport all within a ten minute drive from the office, Roxan Business Centre is in one of the most convenient and desirable business locations in the South.

Roxan Business Centre is centrally located, with only a ten minute walk to the city centre’s shops and amenities. St Deny’s railway station is also only a ten minute walk away, although there are bus stops directly outside the Business Centre.

The Business Centre:

Our licence agreement allows the licensee to vacate the Business Centre at one month’s notice without further liability making for an easy in, easy out environment.

The licensee may occupy any suite immediately after signing our licence agreement, subject to payment of rent for one month in advance, a one month deposit and a suitable reference.

The licence fee includes buildings insurance, external repairs and maintenance, cleaning and maintenance of communal areas and waste disposal. Each self-contained suite comes complete with power, lighting and heating and all suites have access to communal kitchens and toilets. A conference/meeting room is also available at no additional charge subject to availability.

If you require personal parking at Roxan Business Centre, on site parking is available at a fee of £30.00 plus VAT per month.
